GCIC attended in a concert gala hosted by the United Nations

On December 2nd, The GCIC was honored to attended in a concert gala hosted by the United Nations, Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music, and the Global Foundation for the Performing Arts titled 'A Watershed Moment :Transformative Solutions to Interlocking Challenges' at the Carnegie Hall in New York City.

Oberlin Conservatory of Music is renowned in the United States as the oldest conservatory in the country and the first "all-Steinway School" in the country.  Oberlin is also the only college with a strong mix of top music and top liberal arts colleges.  It performs more than 500 concerts a year, and its symphony orchestra is known throughout the United States.   This time was no exception, with a total duration of 90 minutes, providing a wonderful audio-visual feast for the global audience.   The orchestra played very clearly, the sound quality was very pleasant and relaxed, the passages were very smooth, the whole orchestra was well integrated to create a strong collective sound.   "We expected it to be shocking, but we didn't expect it to be this shocking.   There are no words to describe it.   In the end, GCIC are honored to be invited guests and overall, this is a musical feast for the eyes and the ears.
