In 2019, He published in the Proceedings of the 2019 Annual Conference of the Environmental Management Professional Committee of the China Management Sciences Society "Urban Planning under the Impact of Water Environment Based on the Optimization Framework of Utility Maximization-Problem Proposition, Enlightenment and Methods: Some Points from Frequent Floods in Houston."

In 2012, He published "Guilty or Not - Knowledge Inventory, Popular Cases and Legal Guidance of Private Lending and Equity Private Equity."

In 1997, Zeemen Zhiren Chen translated the classic academic masterpiece, which was listed as one of the "Chinese translation of world academic classics series” and was published by China's most prestigious Commercial Press. He put forward his original opinions in the long speech translator's preface, which questioned and opposed the original author's point of view and received more than 3,000 citations in the past 15 years. He has been well praised by academic peers. 

In 1994, he won the national-level professional award, the Second Prize of Beijing Philosophy and Social Science Outstanding Achievement Award for his research on "China's Investment Environment".

In 1987, published "Characteristics and Control Mechanism of Ecosystem in Qaidam Basin" in the Chinese core academic journal "Arid Region Resources and Environment".
